In 2008, Flores established the Sports Officiating Research Institute, a research organization dedicated to the study of sports officiating.
Flores holds two doctorates; his dissertations studied men's and women's collegiate basketball officiating. He has 16 years of experience
teaching in higher education and is an Assistant Professor at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Flores can

Rouse has over 17 years experience working as a director of marketing for various organizations. Beyond her studies of officiating,
her research focuses on the
Supervisor Leadership and Communication Inventory (SLCI), a diagnostic tool she developed to measure organizational
performance. Rouse is a lead faculty member at the University of Phoenix's School of Advanced Studies where she facilitates doctoral

Kaplan has been a quality management leader for over 20 years. She is responsible for a variety of organizational performance improvement

of Communication, is used by the Sports Officiating Research Institute as a metric of officiating performance. Schuttler served as
Dean at the University of Phoenix (Business Week's 2004 #3 Hot Growing Companies) and has mentored executives, faculty, and students
